Fly Coins (“we”, “us”) provides hosted blockchain node infrastructure — currently Bitcoin and Dash — through our website at https://flycoins.com and the Fly Coins mobile app for Android and iOS. This policy covers both.
Fly Coins is non-custodial. We never hold, request, or have access to your cryptocurrency, private keys, seed phrases, or wallet funds. We collect the minimum needed to run your nodes and your account, we do not sell personal data, and we do not run ads or third-party ad tracking.
Private keys, seed phrases, or wallet custody of any kind. For Dash masternode setup, the app only displays information (such as an operator key) and guides you through signing transactions in your own wallet — signing happens on your side, and the transaction never passes through us.
To operate and secure the service, show you the status of your nodes, notify you about your account and node health, process purchases, comply with law, and improve the product. If we ever send marketing emails, every one of them will include an unsubscribe link, and opting out never affects service notifications about your nodes.
We use infrastructure providers (such as Amazon Web Services) to host nodes and payment processors to handle purchases; they process data only to provide those services to us. We disclose information if legally required. We do not sell or rent personal data. Our website and app may link to third-party sites (such as block explorers or wallet documentation); their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
Data recorded on a public blockchain (addresses, transactions, masternode registrations) is public by design, worldwide, and outside our — or anyone's — control. Nothing we do can delete on-chain data.
We operate our infrastructure primarily in the United States (on Amazon Web Services). If you use Fly Coins from outside the US, your information is processed in the United States, and we protect it as described in this policy wherever it is processed.
Account and service data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymized after closure, except where law requires longer. Technical logs are kept for a limited period.
You can request a copy of your personal data, correction, deletion, or a portable export by emailing info@flycoins.com. We will respond to legitimate requests within a reasonable time.
Fly Coins is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Data is encrypted in transit; access to production systems is restricted and logged.
We will post updates to this page and change the effective date above; material changes will be flagged in the app or by email.
