These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fly Coins website at https://flycoins.com, the Fly Coins mobile apps for Android and iOS, and related APIs (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by FLY COINS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Fly Coins", "we", "us").
By creating an account, joining the waitlist, browsing the Service, or purchasing node hosting, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Fly Coins helps you discover cryptocurrency masternode and staking markets and, optionally, order managed node hosting. We operate servers that run blockchain node software on your behalf. We do not operate an exchange, brokerage, custodian, wallet, or fiat on-ramp.

Features, supported networks, and pricing may change. We will post material changes as described in Section 14.
Fly Coins is non-custodial. We never hold, request, or have access to your cryptocurrency, private keys, seed phrases, or wallet funds. Collateral stays in your own wallet. Activation and similar on-chain steps are signed by you on your device; those transactions do not pass through us for custody.
Anyone who asks you for your private keys or seed phrase is not us. Do not share them with anyone, including people claiming to be Fly Coins support.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service if doing so would violate applicable law in your jurisdiction (including sanctions and crypto-related restrictions). You are responsible for determining whether node hosting and related blockchain activity are lawful where you live.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@flycoins.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk to the Service or other users, or are required by law or our infrastructure providers.
When you purchase hosting, we provision and operate server infrastructure for the selected network configuration, subject to availability, chain requirements, and our operational limits.
You remain solely responsible for:
Rewards, if any, are paid by the blockchain network to addresses you control — not by Fly Coins as income we distribute. Hosting fees are for infrastructure and software operations, not a guarantee of rewards, uptime of a public chain, or investment return.
We may pause, migrate, or decommission a node for maintenance, security, abuse, unpaid invoices, legal compliance, or infrastructure failure. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of planned disruptions that affect your paid hosting.
Paid hosting is billed as a recurring subscription (currently about USD 10 per month per hosted node configuration, or as shown at checkout). Prices may vary by network when we publish per-coin pricing. Taxes may apply where required.
Payment may be processed by our card payment provider and/or via cryptocurrency payment methods we enable. We receive confirmation of payment and billing contact details; we do not store your full card numbers.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of hosting. Crypto payments are subject to network confirmation times and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The Service may link to or rely on third parties (cloud hosts, payment processors, block explorers, wallet software, app stores). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Public blockchains are outside our control: transactions, addresses, and masternode registrations recorded on-chain are public, irreversible in the ordinary sense, and not deletable by us.
Market data, reward estimates, guides, and simulations are informational only. They are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency and node rewards involve substantial risk of loss. Past or estimated rewards do not predict future results. You decide whether to buy coins, lock collateral, or purchase hosting.
The Service, branding, and our software are owned by Fly Coins or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or content except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
Feedback you send us may be used freely to improve the Service without obligation to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, THAT NODES WILL EARN ANY PARTICULAR REWARD, THAT A BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE OR UNCHANGED, OR THAT DATA WILL BE FREE OF INACCURACIES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLY COINS AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST CRYPTOCURRENCY, LOST REWARDS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR DATA LOSS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR HOSTING IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.
You will defend and indemnify Fly Coins against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your on-chain activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights — except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and updating the effective date. Material changes may also be flagged in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel any paid hosting.
You may stop using the Service and cancel hosting at any time under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or end access for unpaid fees, Terms violations, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service. Sections that by nature should survive (including 2, 8–13, 16–17) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information. You waive any objection to venue in Wyoming to the extent permitted by law.

If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Fly Coins regarding the Service and supersede prior conflicting terms for the same subject.
